Early Stage Planning
Help write and launch an obituary, brainstorm type of service you would like and find a location & pricing, and much more. This early stage is to help get your thoughts in order and get to know you and your loved one. It is my highest priority that this stage is handled with as much grace and understanding. I am here to calm your mind knowing that you are in good hands with Kaleidoscope Memories.
Booking and Ordering
In this stage I will book all necessary vendors for the event. This is including but not limited to the venue itself, florist, caterer, etc. I will handle all communications and questions in this stage. It is my goal here to make sure that your mental load is not overflowing during this hard time. I have a stock of decor, centerpieces and printable items that will be available for use that I will ensure are created, setup and ready.
Day of Event
I can arrive at the venue early. I will setup, decorate, direct the Caterer, and ensure that the space is perfect and ready to honor your loved one. I can do a welcome speech or guide the day along - Open Mic for shared memories, prayer before food, anything you need I can make sure that your cherished day runs smoothly.
Legacy Film Creation
A film that captures the life of your loved one through pictures and video
Gathering of Photos & Video
I will create a portal that will be available to share to anyone via QR code or link. This portal is very user friendly for any of your guests to upload their photos and video of your loved one. I can also scan and digitize family photo albums. All that will be used to curate their Legacy Film.
Creating the film
Once I have the necessary photos and videos I will begin the work to build a Legacy Film. This will be a walk through your loved ones life in a slideshow/home movie fashion. I add in songs of your choice or based on the type of music that your loved one listened to. I pour my heart into this portion and ensure that it truly captures your loved one. Something to cherish forever and share out to family and friends.
Showing Legacy Film at Event
Upon the day of your event I will bring my equipment and play the Legacy Film on a large projector screen for everyone to watch together.
